The Taekwondo program starts at the age of 4 and up which all beginner students will start their journey as a “White Belt” Students will begin to learn the basics of Taekwondo which consists of various exercises for strengthening from upper body to their core and legs. They will learn the discipline of respect and perseverance for they will go through may obstacles and challenges which fail or succeed, they must keep pushing. Through this, each student will gain an understanding of their body and mind.
Martial Arts has been thought to be an aggressive sport/activity where striking and contact is required, but that is not what it means to be a Martial Artist.
